The Project consists of 7 Wind Turbines with an installed capacity of  2.3 MW each at an altitude of 1.200m in the Austrian Alps. The projects is located in an area dedicated for the development of wind power by the regional government.  

The Environmental Impact Assessment is ongoing and project implementation is planned to start in summer 2014.

2 MW Micro-Utility Projects / Tanzania

The project comprises of sixteen villages and rural growth centers in northwest Tanzania with a total population of 82.000 people. The villages are far away from any existing or planned electricity grid and provide an excellent opportunity for profit-based energy services.

For each village and rural growth centre an independent Mini-Grid using renewable energy will guarantee reliable and affordable 24/7-electricity supply.

With a current rural electrification rate of below 5% and an average economic growth rate of more than 7% over the last 10years, Tanzania provides an excellent business opportunity for private sector driven electrification with mini-grids

84 MW Wind Energy Project / Romania

The project provides an excellent opportunity to invest into a fully licensed and permitted 84 MW Romanian onshore wind park in the pre-construction phase. The project is located in the south-western part of Romania near to the Serbian border and the Danube. 

A local wind system provides excellent wind conditions with up to 7.5 m/s average wind speed at hub height and up to 3.000 full load hours

Green Field Pump Storage Hydro Power / Romania

The demand for ancillary services in Romania will more than double within the next 20 years with an additional opportunity to provide ancillary services in Hungary; the demand for balancing services will even see an annual growth rate of 10 to 15%.

Recent price development see an dramatic increasing spread between upward and downward secondary regulation for providing ancillary services and an increasing spread between negative and positive imbalance prices for providing balancing services.
